Jack Saloon Vieux Quebec in Quebec City

This place is bot ready to serve guests. Took 30 mins to place the order and after raising the question why are they understaffed 7 police car was called out to send all the guests away.I hope the owner of the place gets this feedback.Don’t expect any of the 200-300 guests on our behalf to visit this place again ever!2018.07.26.

I couldn’t cook this at home. The steak, chimichurri, the vegetable side, the ribs...delicious & I’m a foodie. They have a smoker in the kitchen & one outside. Nice flavours. Will go again...

All you can eat wings on Sunday & ribs on Wednesdays! I wish there where more places like this around!If you don't like this place, your an idiot.

Best bloody ceasar I've ever had (the one with bourbon and bacon). Prices are quite steep though.

Nice place to hangout for some meat/burger if you like a Saloon style of place. Couple of good cocktails. Small variety of choices in food but GOOD taste. Just a bit high on the quality/price but very well placed near the main action street of Quebec.

Got kicked out "because we had not order anything" about 15 minutes after getting in we were still trying to figure out what to order. The waitress came 3 times to tell us to order without helping us at all. Then called the bouncer to kick us out... WHAT IS THIS !? Litteraly the worst service (if you can call this service) I've ever had. Disapointing and disrespectful

Amazing food and very pleased with the service, until we were told we couldn't order more drinks because of a reservation was made. Pretty much got kicked out...not impressed. 👎

Perfect for a happy hour. Chicken wings are awesome. Onion rings are overwhelming.

We arranged a party there and it was great. The only problem is the DJ's location which is small and in the corner of dance floor

The food was good. Definitely different. The table behind us was super loud. They served water warm but did bring ice when we asked.

Unfortunately only 2 stars although the food was excellent. Service was really slow, the man at the music booth was very rude regarding us holding the door open (for less than 30 seconds...) and it was extremely loud. Might come back as a last resort option. Will not send my guided tour clients here from now on.

Great atmosphere. Menu had plenty to choose from. Our server was very attentive and answered many questions about the menu and local area for us. My wife had a Krispy Kreme burger. It's your typical burger with Krispy Kreme donuts substituted in for the buns. Fun addition to the menu! One warning:. If you cannot read french make sure you have Google translate on your phone. No English menus (don't let that stop you from going though).

Everything started great, until the waitress came and told us our table was reserved for 20:30. Seriously? They literally kicked us out. How can you tell your customers they cannot have one more drink because the table is booked? I have never experienced something like this before. Shame on you jack saloon.

Nice ambiance and good music. This is the place to be on a Monday night. I met some nice people and had a lot of fun!

Cosy and good place to go

Awesome restaurant. Absolutely DELISH! Service was fast, food was excellent (especially the broccoli). And I loved the music. Will definitely go back!
